1. Login to Your Client Area
Please visit your billing account and login. If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login area and a password will be sent to the primary email on file.
2. Click on Edit Contact Information
Once you have logged into your billing account you will need to select “Edit Contact Information” from the Left Side Bar under the “General Details” section.
3. Edit Your Contact Information
You will then be taken to the Edit Contact Information Page, where you can edit Name, Secondary Email, Company, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, and Phone Numbers.
4. Click on Update Information
Be sure to click "Update Information" to save your changes.
Changing Your Primary Email Address
You are not able to change the Primary Email on the Edit Contact Information page, but if you follow the link at the bottom of the page, it will take you to a page where you can.
